Can,t get new hinges for HP Pavilion 15-cw

Having gone through all the processes of the "Help" service I end up finding that the hinges I need for my laptop are not available even from the Wholesaler in UK which the Help Line recommended .  I would have thoought a company of the size of HP would have some sort of spare parts system.

Thats why I bought the bloody machine.

Can anybody help please?

Not in stock with HP. They do have a parts department but sometimes specific components are hit and miss. Usually available through parts houses as on eBay:

Sometimes amazon.co.uk but not in this case. 

Several options on eBay UK, none local to UK, but vendors who will ship there.

Hello, thanks for the reply.

That is what I had concluded, so its pay over the odds for shipment and import duties, or wait 8 to 10 weeks.

I find HP personel to be very helpful but not very constructive, if that makes sense.
