HP Recommended

I got this tablet as a gift. It had an IT lock and couldn't be bypassed. I wanted some of my programs on there so I installed windows 11. I didn't like it OS because it wasn't very tablet friendly to me so, I tried to install windows 10 and it totally wiped my drive. I tried everything i could. I bought an SD, didn't have touchscreen drivers in the installation, bought one usb adapter, tried windows said there was no drivers, tried Hiren's CD without the adapter no touchscreen and it has wifi, with the adapter it doesn't. I'm determined about fixing this device, any help is appreciated.
