Product: J5A65EASAB7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hello, I just can't open the laptop, I followed thousands of tutorials and read thousands of questions here, but I can't open it. I removed all the screws, checked under stickers, but there seems that there's one more screw under the left ctrl button (when I flip over the computer there aren't any plastic openings, it's a solid block...). Any help is appreciated 🙂
