Help! I'm going crazy! My laptop is only 3 months old and has a problem with ventilation - it gets hot and sounds super loud. that´s the first problem. the bigger one ist that when I enter technical support, I can't register a claim. I registered my laptop like 10 times allready, still whenever I want to register the claim it disappears and the page just blocks. Any other way to register my claim? I really need to be able to work this out fast! Also, it changes my country from MX to US all the freaking time.

Hello @MicaSa
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your notebook !
You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.
best regards

Hello @MicaSa
(1) Update BIOS
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors) | F.20 Rev.A | 21.7 MB | Apr 20, 2022 | Download |
Why ?

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
- An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
- HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.
"
(2) Reboot and test again ...
Please report your results
best regards

Hello @MicaSa
Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
In case of technically unsolvable problems:
(1) There should be a proof of invoice
(2) HP warranty should be valid
(3) HP support should be contacted
(4) If the "product" cannot be repaired, a new "product" should be provided.
Please go to HP Support
If the warranty status is wrong, then contact HP agent to solve the problem !
best regards

Hello @MicaSa
I need to clarify my statement.
(1) You wrote:

"
- This is definitely a technical problem.
(2) You can report a warranty claim via any internet-enabled device (smartphone, other computers). The product and serial number of the device for which the claim is being reported are the determining factors. If your browser uses an ad blocker, you must disable it for the HP website or use another browser without an ad blocker.
Good luck
