Product: Hp envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help please. Laptop crashed and will not boot up. Tried reinstalling Windows 10 but the drives are not showing up. I tried installing the Intel drivers, but that didn’t work either. I ran tests and the drives are working fine.

I also ran a scan through command prompt and the C: drive is missing.

Sounds like you need Intel RST driver. What version of IRST driver you need depends on your processor. Please provide your laptop's full model number.
