I'm attempting to upgrade the RAM in my laptop, and cannot remove the back cover. I've removed all the screws, but there are no sliders to remove the back. Is there some trick to this? Ever video and manual I've seen utilizes sliders to remove the battery, but there doesn't even seem to be an external battery on my laptop.
