I can not update my HP pavilion to windows 11 because it says I need TPM 2.0 I tried enabling it but it's not working it goes back to disabled after a restart in the BIOS. Any tips on how to enable 2.0 TPM or even if my device even has this feature??

Did you save the changes in bios after enabling TPM?

yes i did save the changes on couple occasions but it keeps going back to disabled

I would first check to see if there is a new bios update https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-14-dw0000-x360-convertible-laptop-pc-se...  , and then do a hard reset of the bios to see if that clears the issue. https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01684768
