Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my laptop is a probook 445 g7. My computer already has 8GB Micron 3200MHz as default ram. I have decided to buy a TEAMGROUP T-Create Classic DDR4 SODIMM 8GB Kit 3200MHz (Amazon.com: TEAMGROUP T-Create Classic DDR4 SODIMM 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) 3200MHz(PC4- 25600) 260 Pin CL...) in order to use the second ram slot to upgrade my computer ram. But when i put the RAM in and turned on my computer, it didn't boot. It turned on, and a power light was blinking an orange light, then it turned off.

I don't know what happened to my computer. May I have bought the wrong RAM and it's not compatible with the notebook? Please help.

Very simple: RAM from TEAMGROUP is NOT compatible. You need to buy from reliable source for example Crucial, Samsung ... The following RAM is 100% compatible as they say.
