I just received my replacement laptop because the previous one of the same exact model had some dead pixels (but the fingerprint sensor worked fine, no issue), everything was going well starting it up. However, I noticed a few hours later I was installing a few programs and removing bloatware apps/programs that my fingerprint sign in option didn't work. I thought that I may have accidentally removed fingerprint related program so I did a full reset of the system (all settings and personal files deleted) to hopefully have it return but I never got a prompt during the start up to set up a fingerprint sign in option or after because when I go to settings>account>sign in options, it says "We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello Fingerprint. I've tried using these methods and sifted through google searches on this but no luck:

I've tried to used gpedit.msc but I can't find it in run and I did soft resets that excluded deleting personal files and a reset that involved getting a clean version of windows only. In addition, I've also tried going into device manager but I couldn't find the biometrics device.
Please help.
