"there are some keyboards named hp spectre 13-3000 or 13-t3000 keyboard"

No. There are no keyboards named hp spectre 13-3000 or 13-t3000.

Those are the product names of laptop model series.

The keyboard will have an HP part number. A keyboard that works on a 13-3000 laptop will work in a 13-3019tu laptop. They would be in the same family of laptop.

HP 13-3000a or 13-3000i  would show which platform (AMD or Intel) it is.

Can you provide the product number (SKU)?

HP has produced and brought to market more than a thousand different models of notebooks and desktop PCs over the years.

It is difficult to help you if we don't know the hardware configuration of the laptop that you own.

Method #1: If the notebook will boot into Windows, you can retrieve your Product Number by pressing Fn + Esc key.

Method #2: Press the power button and immediately tap the F10 key to invoke the BIOS. In the Main section, you will find the Product number or Product ID. Post that in your next reply in your thread.

Method #3: Press the power button and immediately tap the F2 key.

Method #4: If powering on is not an option, take a look at the bottom of the laptop for the label with the product name and product number. For a desktop look at the rear for the label.

If your laptop has HP Hardware Diagnostics UEFI version 10.3.0.0, there is a System Information section that also has the Product ID.
We need that information, along with the installed Operating System information to help you.

The "hp spectre 13-3019tu"  must be from quite a few generation back, since neither the HP support search engine or Google can find it referenced anywhere.

Hi @Alireza17

The HP Product number also turned out to reside in a black hole in the internet.

The only thing I can offer in the way of help is what I stated in my previous post.

I suspect that your laptop must be more than five years old.

That is the point at which HP tends to put most, but not all laptop products in the retired stage.

That is the point at which HP no longer provide support documents for them

Sometimes documentation can still be found in the corners of the internet.

Unfortunately, that is not always the case.
