Can the “ OMEN by HP - 15-ce512tx” be upgraded by using eGPU?

Can the “ OMEN by HP - 15-ce512tx” be upgraded by using eGPU? As I’ve known eGPU requires Thunderbolt port but this laptop model doesn’t have. But I’m not sure whether is there any eGPU support USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 as this laptop model have?

@praveenbv not sure what you are saying here but this model does not have Thunderbolt and will not support an eGPU.

Thanks for your reply. But I still think like Mr.Huffle posted below that this model doesn’t have Thunderbolt port. Just want to let you a little bit suggest which e-GPU model should be compatibled with this laptop model? (by connecti to USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 instead of Thunderbolt port)

And how about displaying performance? Would it be slower than connect to Thunderbolt port?

Yes, I am still wondering as you said. But it would be great if HP supporter confirm that USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 can interface with e-GPU and work properly and also suggest some compatibled e-GPU model. I’ve already asked such a question and let’s see the next answer from HP Supporter : )
