Can the hp 13-aq0503na laptop be charged via usb-c?

 

The HP spec quotes the below; does the reference to Power Delivery just indicate that the port can power devices connected via USB-C rather than accepting an input charging current?

HP Recommended

No Power Delivery means the USB-C port can be used for powering and charging the laptop. You need a USB-C adapter with total wattage equal to the adapter provided with the laptop.
