Microsoft Windows 11

Can the memory on a 13-bf0013dc , Envy 2-in-1 13.3"  be upgraded?  I see it documented both as 8GB onboard and one of 2 slots populated.

Hi:

According to the service manual the memory cannot be upgraded.

Maintenance and Service Guide (hp.com)

'Onboard' means the memory is an integral part of the motherboard.

Chapter 1 indicates notebooks in that model series came with either 8 or 16 GB of onboard memory.

Chapter 3 shows the list of motherboards that come with 8 or 16 GB of memory.

Chapter 5 has no procedure for removing or replacing the memory.
