I want to upgrade my HP ProBook 6550b.

 

Is it possible to install M. 2 SSD. If yes then please suggest me.

 

Also want to upgrade the RAM from 4GB to 8GB. Can you please suggest the best.

You can upgrade to 8gb of memory according to the Maintenance and Service Guide. It gives memory Specs:

You don't have an M.2 port for an SSD but you could use a SATA 3 SSD. It would still be faster than a Sata hdd.

Example:

It is really a great help from you.  I will upgrade to 8gb according to Maintenance & Service Guide.

 

And also use the SATA 3 SSD. If have any difficulty will contact you if its ok for you.
