Hi,
Can you provide the exact model or product number of the PC. 15m-cn0xxx is the series your model is part of.
Here is how to find it.
Let me know,
David

Hi,
The best idea is to replace the M2 128GB SSD in the notebook at the moment with a larger capacity M2 SATA3 SSD (cheaper) or much faster M2 PCIe NVMe SSD. There is no limit to the capacity and you can buy from your preferred brand.
Example
This is how I would do it:
Before replacing the drive you should backup all your personal files to an external drive.
Download the media creation tool from Microsoft, run and create a bootable USB drive with the Windows 10 on it. (This will be the latest version). There is an explanation on how to create the drive on the Microsoft page
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Check if you have this latest BIOS installed
Replace the drive.
On page 29 of the service manual, you can see how to remove the bottom cover and on page 34 how to replace the M2 SSD.

Insert the USB drive in the notebook and turn on. The PC will boot directly from the USB drive. Follow the procedure to install Windows 10. You do not need product key as it is in firmware and Windows will activate once installed and connected to the internet.
Next, completely update Windows. Go into settings > Update & Security > Click on Verify for updates. You might need to reboot a couple of times and some updates might need a few tries to install correctly.

Hope it helps,
