I was just wondering if you could purchase HP care packs for accidental damage. I have sent in my laptop (still under warranty) for repair as there is a hardware issue. HP still have my laptop. However, HP have also replaced the outside parts of the laptops because there was accidental damage. This results in a fee for the replacement parts which is VERY expensive. Would I be able to buy HP care pack to avoid this and make it cost less?

@Danieler14
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
You can purchase HP post Warranty plans which can provide additional coverage after your base warranty expires.
However, your device must be within our reasonable opinion, in good operating condition and within its service life.
To know what types of care packs are available for your laptop: HP.com Store?
