Product: HP EliteBook 840 G6 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I would like to change the ANSI keyboard of my laptop (HP elitebook G6), with an ISO and I am wondering if it is possible, and if if the different size/layout of the keys will affect the computer.

Not as you would hope. All the keyboards made to fit are ANSI keyboard and they do not have the extra key needed for a true ISO layout. You can likely map keys to make the keyboard more like ISO and an external USB ISO keyboard could likely be made to work.
