I have recently changed my wifi network and cannot connect to the new wifi. I have managed to follow instructions so that the printer control wifi image is flashing blue/purple however when I logon to the Hp smart app and search for printers no printer is detected. I have checked network and location settings to select precise location and my Bluetooth is on.

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
