@Michael262626, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

The MPN is often printed on the bottom of the Chromebook or within the system's settings.

Use the wmic Command

For Windows devices, use the Windows Management Instrumentation Command-line (WMIC) tool.

Find Serial Number:

  1. wmic bios get serialnumber

This will output the serial number and the product name (product number) of your device.

Also, you may refer to these guides:

Find your HP computer product & serial number | HP Support

Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories | HP® Support

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
