Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop does not turn on. according to what i have researched the cap lokcs blinks 3.2 which means a hardware problem. I bought the laptop in october wanting to contact customer service it asks for the serial number. however in this model it is not visible on the outside. I assume it is in the inside and i have to unscreew the bottom part od case, but i think that voids the waranty  So I cannot getnin touch with customer service because i do not have serial number.  please help.  thanks

Perhaps if anything works PWR on

ESCAPE and then F1.

 

But I do recognise the dilemma.
