Cannot find spare part

 I'm trying to find a replacement heatpipe P/N 45Y21HSTP60

 Can anyone help with this, I'm rather annoyed that HP do not seem to support this, even if you manage to find their parts-finder page it denies the existence of the part.

 Any help appreciated since HP seem to think customer service only requires lip-service.

Anyone from HP reading this:

 This is a non-consumable item that I would expect to last for the lifetimeof the laptop so there's probably a case here for HP to replace this free of charge

(don't give me warranty is 1 year, there are also laws that say that goods should last for a reasonable period of time, and 'lifetime of the laptop' is what most reasonable people would expect a heatpipe to last.)

I believe the number you are looking for (P/N 45Y21HSTP60) is not the actual HP part number, but the part number of the manufacturer and that is why you are having difficulty searching for it.
