Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I attached the photo of the drivers that are missing. I'm using windows 7 64bit OS on a laptop with OEM and originally at windows 10.problem drivers.jpg

Hi:

 

You can't successfully run W7 on that model.

 

Intel did not develop W7 graphics or USB 3.1 drivers for that platform.

 

So, if you want everything to work correctly in Windows, your only option is to install W10.
