Hello!
I have a problem when I'm trying to install Win10(11) from USB drive on HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eg3036ci (84J86EA). The first screen I see is a message about some drivers are absent. What kind f drivers do I need to complete the installation? I also tried to extract RST driver to another parallel USB HDD and share it to installation image, but no results...

Thank you so much for this information... But, I decided to make installation USB with original Microsoft utility (I used Linux utility DD before to make installation USB from Windows ISO image).... And it's works correctly! :))) I think it was a problem with using DD utility.

Your product support page indicates your laptop has an Intel Core 13th gen processor, which requires the Windows installer to have Intel RST VMD storage controller driver to detect the storage drive to install Windows11 on.

Download the latest version (v.19.5.2.1049) of IRST driver file (sp146929) from this link, extract files from it and copy them to a Windows installation usb drive. See the detailed steps below to complete the Windows installation:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe
1. Connect your Windows installation usb drive to the laptop.
2. Right-click on the downloaded sp file and click on "Open with administrator" to start the extraction process.
3. When you are asked where to save files, with the default directory path being displayed, click on Next.
4. Go to C:\SWSetup and locate the sp146929 folder that holds extracted files. Double click the folder and copy the F6 folder to the root directory of the Windows installation usb drive.
5. Run the Windows installation from the usb drive, and when you are asked where to install Windows, click on Load Driver.
6. Click on Browse then click the usb drive in the window that opens.
7. Click on the F6 folder and click OK.
8. Two drivers will be displayed. Select either one then click OK.
9. Now the drive will be displayed with partitions (if the drive already has Windows installed). Delete all partitions to see "Drive 1 Unallocated space" then click Next to proceed the installation.
