Hi HP support team, I Have HP 15AF109AX.
So, this is very frustrating.
I just reinstalling my windows 10, and its pretty clean.
Reason why i reinstalling my windows because i just want to get rid off my unused program, that was so many of them so i was dont have that much time to uninstalling one by one.
after i succsess install my Windows 10.
And i go to my notebook driver downloads page..'
I download the chipset driver first..
And i download the chipset driver, its called "sp71811"
And after installing a massage apear it say "The hp 3d DriveGuard Cannot install, the accelerometer hardware is not present or supported on this unit"
Its very frustrating, and im start crying i cant do my homework again..
How to solve this issue?
Or something i got to download first? Like other driver or something?
Thankyou.

OK.
Wait until you can go online again. Then go to settings. ( Click on start and then click on the settings icon (small gear))
Now go to update and security. Click on verify for updates and let Windows download and install all drivers and other updates. This can take a couple of hours and maybe a few reboots. After you have done this go to device manager and you will see that all the yellow triangles have disappeared. Windows should also install the graphics driver.
Let me know,
David

Hi,
When you install Windows 10 let it perform all updates and it will automatically install the drivers for your PC. This can take a few hours after you have finished the installation. You do not need to install the Chipset drivers and Driveguard is not necessary on your PC (isn't really a chipset driver either). Windows 10 will install the chipset drivers automatically.
Now go to device manager, right-click on start and click on device manager. See if there are any drivers missing (there will be a yellow triangle next to the device. If there isn't, it means that the drivers have been installed.
Just use the computer and do not worry about the drivers. If there are any missing drivers let us know here on forum and we will help you.
Hope it helps,
David

OK,
Let Windows 10 install all updates (you might have to reboot after a certain amount of updates and then download the rest, Windows will tell you if it is necessary). You can also go to device manager and you will see that the yellow triangles start to disappear.
