Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I need to replace the m.2 system drive in several HP ProBook 640 G5 6XE24EA#BCM PCs due to insufficient space. I've replaced a lot of drives before both in Probooks and Elitebooks, SATA or NVME without any issues but can't do the same for HP ProBook 640 G5 particulary.
Replaced m.2 NVME drive is not detected (tried Samsung m.2 NVME SSD and WD BLUE m.2 NVME SSD), moreover it causes system to stuck in Entering System Diagnostics or Entering System Setup or Entering Boot Menu depending which key was pressed (F2/F9/F10). I left it for about 20 minutes but it did not help either. When I return the original drive back, it works normally. I also tried to disable all BIOS Sure Start options in System Setup under Security TAB, no luck again.

If anyone ever faces this, the solution may be to have a drive completely wiped. The drives I used were not completely empty, my bad. I wiped the drives under Linux (just to be sure) and the problem is now solved.
