HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V789AV)

Hi. Justa had installed windows 11 on a Laptop HP 17-cn2015nq, processor Intel® Core™ i5-1235U with 1TB 5400RPM + 256GB PCIe SSD, but the HDD partitions are not shown on windows explorer (windows was installed on SSD hard disk). Looks like some drivers are needed. Can you help me with them or with some advices where can I find these drivers, please?

Note: I already did all drivers update with HP Support Assistant and for windows, too.

Thank you.

I don't know why (E:) has those diagonal grid lines on it.

Unfortunately, I don't know what the problem could be.

If you don't have data on the drive, I would delete the (E:) partition, merge the D partition into the unallocated space, format it again and see if you get the whole drive to show up.

Then you can repartition (D:) afterward if you want.

Hi:

You may have to initialize the 1 TB disk.

Hi:

Which drive is it?

(D:) ?

It appears the (D:) drive is already initialized but now it needs to be formatted, so select the Format option and select NTFS if you are given format choices.

D : and E:  .....I did partitioned HDD at the windows installation .... and also I formatted them .... just before sending the picture

It worked! As you said, I deleted both D and E and then created a new simple volume. Thank you for guiding me and for your time!
