Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GH   says that this CPU are not qualified to upgade.....what is missing

Your machine ONLY has Intel Gen 6 processor. You need a machine with Intel Gen 8 up.

               Installing Windows 11 on devices that don't meet minimum system requirements
