UPDATE: MY LAPTOP DOSENT SUPPORT THE USE OF A DOCKING STATION, I AM RETURNING I AND BUYING ONE THAT DOES. PLEASE CLOSE THIS THREAD AND THANK YOU FOR THE HELP…
Hello,
I recently purchased a "HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000" and a "HP USB-C G5 Essential Dock" to allow a 3 monitor setup. It would seem that the dock is not recognised by my laptop, error message: Display connection might be Limited. Is there anything I can do, I have tried checking for updated drivers and have also checked on the Microsoft website for any updates, or should I just return the dock and buy a third party product?
Is it a Windows11 issue? I have a Windows10 laptop and it works on that, well 2 screens work, cant get the third too?
Thank you
