Hi all,
I would like to ask you, how to unlock hidden features in my BIOS. Few days ago I bought new SSD samsung 860 evo, but after SSD implementation and installation of new OS - display, mouse and keyboard freeze every 2sec for ~0,5sec. Main issue is that Sata controller mode is not enabled in AHCI. I also updated firmware to lates version: Insyde F.28 (17.5.2019), but sata controller mode is still not visible in BIOS...

FINALLY! After cca 8 hours of searching and trying, I figured out how to unlock advanced features. For others whose have same problem This should help you.
Go to UEFI setting menu. If you use only UEFI: press and hold SHIFT and click on restart PC. > choose UEFI firmware settings. If you have secure boot enabled you should also power on pc and pressing ESC. Now you have to pressing F10 and immediatly "a" button. Full source of this solution you can see here: https://blog.falcondai.com/2012/02/insyde-bios-advanced-settings.html After this you should see new panes in BIOS: advanced and power. Then you go to advanced > and change sata controller from IDE-AMDAHCI to AHCI. Then I reinstalled windows 10 and problem with freezing was solved! 🙂
