Occasionally my laptop (HP 15 in my sig) will engage the Caps Lock key and have it on, regardless of whether the light for the caps lock key is lit or not. Whatever I type, regardless of browser or program, will display as all caps. In a spreadsheet or in MS Word, I almost always end up selecting large blocks of text or many cells, even if I am simply trying to click in a single cell, or click on a blank part of the document to type in new characters.
I'm not sure why this is the case. I hit the caps lock key, and I still get caps lock, whether I am turning the key on or off.
