Caps lock blinking once every three seconds black screen

Hello my laptop has black screen when ever I turn it on with caps lock blinking once in every 3 seconds

Caps Lock blinking is nearly always an indication of serious hardware failure -- so you should try to run the hardware diagnostics to see if it can identify the failure.

To do that, press the Esc key repeatedly while rebooting.  When the HP Startup Menu appear, select the option to run diagnostics -- usually F2.  Report back what it finds.

I did try pressing ESC key before nothing, screen is black nothing will show up. I tried connecting a secondary monitor nothing. But I have two indicator lights one is on f12 one is on caps lock f12 indicator led continuesly lights whereas caps lock blinking every 2,3 seconds
