Hello,
We are contacting you due to an keyboard issue in behalf of one of our users :
Caps lock key on laptop keyboard is broken, the laptop is still under HP warranty can this be logged to HP for repair.

Model: HP ZBook Fury 15 G7 Mobile Workstation (119X0EA)
Serial Number: [Personal Information Removed]
Warranty Expires: November 18, 2024
Can you please assist with an repairment or replacement of the laptop?

Hello.
The keyboard is covered by a warranty as well. Contact HP or a local HP Service Center directly about this issue and have them service it.

Hp does not replace single keys to repair an issue with a key.
The keyboard is an item not covered under warranty. It is a separate replaceable item.
You can have it replaced at an authorized repair center. See the hyperlink below.
"We are contacting you due to an keyboard issue in behalf of one of our users " would indicate to me that you are a business. Do you have an IT department?
