Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a problem now that my laptop while opening it nothing show up in the screen  it's black screen and the caps lock is being blinking as it blinks 1 blink every 1 or 2 seconds .... and F12 is Orange ......... this problem happened after cleaning my laptop as it worked before well without any problem ... but after cleaning i tried to open it and it didn't respond excepts the fan is moving and power is on and capslock blinks and F12 is orange ..... i hope there is a solution for this problem ? please help me

As you can see in this document, 1 blink means cpu failure. In reality it is more often a motherboard failure. I have seen several posters try replacing cpu with exact same results.

the problem is fixed , the problem was with the processor as it wasn't placed correctly ..... thank you very much
