Capslock blinking 3. 5, no display

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi 

My laptop showing no display when I turn it on except caps lock blinking (3times long and 5 times short)  keypad lights turn on but no fan or harddsik sound is detected... Pls suggest the best solution..

Most likely the motherboard has died.
