I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...

HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook

  1. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.

Click Updates in the My notebook pane

  2. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.

Updates list in HP Support Center

  3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.

  4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.

  5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Also ensure Windows is up to date.

Select the Start  button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a wonderful day 😊

Try running the Windows 10 Troubleshooter

  1. Select Start  > Settings  > Update & Security   > Troubleshoot.
  2. Select the type of troubleshooting you want to do, then select Run the troubleshooter.
  3. Allow the troubleshooter to run and then answer any questions on the screen.

If the issue persists, try reinstalling the USB Hub

Uninstalling USB Root Hubs forces the system to reinstall the root hubs next time the computer is started. Use the following steps to uninstall USB Root Hubs:

  1. Disconnect all USB devices connected to the computer except a USB mouse and keyboard (if in use). This includes hubs, thumb drives, printers, and cameras.

  2. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

    The Device Manager window opens.

  3. Double-click Universal Serial Bus Controllers to expand the list.

Figure : Universal Serial Bus controllers list in Device Manager window

  4. Right-click the first USB Root Hub in the list, then select Uninstall.

Figure : Uninstall selection in the Device Manager window

Uninstall selection in the Device Manager window

    Click OK to confirm.

  5. Continue uninstalling all USB Root Hubs listed.

  6. Close Device Manager and restart the computer.

Also performed windows reset, nothing change. Than installed hp assistant and update the drivers and result same.. still not recognizing any usb and card reaser also same, usb type c also same result. Even tried 3,4 phones but no result... i think need to return to the seller because its not software issue it looks hardware issue.

If the issue persists after the Reset, then it is likely to be a Hardware issue

You could contact the seller or also reach out to HP Support for Service Options
