There is nowhere to register a previously purchased Care Pack, contrary to what is written in the reply for the same question from 2 months ago.

When we purchased the Chromebooks, we purchased the 3 year Care Packs. We received an email confirmation stating that the Care Pack was purchased and the email also said it would automatically register our Care Packs. After a few weeks, no email confirmation was received. How do I register for a Care Pack? I followed the advice given on 06-15-2025 01:18 PM by some HP proxy and it lead me to absolutely nothing. I need to register my previously purchased Care Pack in order to use it.

Please let me know how to fix this problem. I do not want another link like the other answer that leads me to nothing. This problem seems incredibly deceptive and contrary to consumer protection laws that are currently in place. Thanks.

you sent me to something i have to pay for, "expert service or some garbage." I ALREADY PAID!!!!! I want to be able to speak to someone, but that would require my Care Packs actually being registered.

The private message showed me how to call someone, if and only if, i have paid for that service/subscription.

I want verification that my Care Packs have been added to the two Chromebooks I purchased them for, in order to actually get my repair started.

Let me know when the Care Packs have been added so I can do what needs to be done.
