HP Recommended

I am having the same issue.  The issue existed before I replaced the keyboard.  Once I replaced the keyboard the G, H, backspace, and the down arrow are still not working.

 

I did not see the option for cmd in the recovery option.  I screwed up and actually did the recovery of the PC.     Still not working.

HP Recommended

This worked for me. My HP 250 g6 keyboard buttons B and N didn't work. I holded these buttons down for about an minute, then the computer froze for few seconds and  then the buttons worked again. After rebooting my laptop couple of times, buttons were still working.
