Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to change the RAM from 8 to 16, since my computer is kind of slow and only 5.88 of it is usable. If there are other possibilities to make the computer performance faster, then it would be great to let me know what should I get for my computer.

Hi,

You should provide the exact model number of your PC so we can see the specs  is a whole series of models with different specs. I mean the notebook does not has the M2 SATA SSD you could upgrade to an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD which would give a great boost.

Here is how to find your product or model number

model

In any cas you can upgrade to 16GB of DDR4 2400MHz RAM

I believe you can even max to 32GB of RAM even if not mentioned in service manual. As you can see Crucial also provides these kits for those models

Service manual

Hope it helps,
