Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a victus 16 laptop under warranty. Is it possible to replace the thermal paste without voiding the warranty? My old Lenovo Y520 did not heat up like the current laptop. In SW Battlefront 2, the temperature of the processor was 70C, and the graphic card were 80C, on the old one I had 58C and 67C. Please help.

I see that you are facing heating issues with your Victus By HP 16.1 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-E0000 (2V8Z4AV).

 

I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center and they will help you with installing the cooling options for the unit.
Note: Select your country from the dropdown,  enter the city or postal code, select the product, change the radius, and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
