You're very welcome,

Not if you bought a new motherboard that comes with the W10 product key in the BIOS.

You would probably just need to change the existing product key to the new one in the motherboard's BIOS.

You can buy system boards with or without a Windows product key.

They have different part numbers as listed in chapter 3 of the manual.

If you bought a system board without a product key, you would need to buy a new W10 license.

Hi:

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

HP 14 Laptop PC (AMD)* Model numbers: 14-bw0xxHP 14g Laptop PC* Model numbers: 14g-bx0xxHP 14q Lapto...

It would be very expensive and time consuming to do such an extensive upgrade, and not worth the return on investment.

That's assuming you could find the parts you needed.
