Firstly please edit your post and REMOVE the s/n of your machine. Remember for security reason, DO NOT post it on internet.
Your machine uses 65W charger part # 913691-850. You can order from:
https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=5AY39PA
HP may not send part to your country, you can use part # to order from HP retailer shops in your country. For example
