Hello,

My Laptop is not charging even it is plugged in, when I plugin my charger,  white light appears with the port, which means that it is fully charged , but it is not. Also my laptop turns off automatically when it reaches 40% without any warning. Please help me on this.

Run a battery diagnostic in HP Support Assistant. Odds are it needs a new battery

sir i have ran the test couple of times , but it shows that the battery is fine
