Hello,
I bought this laptop, but I have lost the charger. I want to buy another official HP charger but do not know which one to purchase. There are two kinds one is 45W and the other is 65W. Can someone tell which one should I purchase?
My laptop specs are i5 7500u, 8gb ram, and 256 GB SSD.
Thank you for reading,
Sunny

The power requirement comes from the dedicated video if you have that so the 45w adapter is used if the laptop has an integrated Intel video and the 65w is used if you have the AMD Radeon switchable graphics but the 65w will work on either and its only a little larger and will charge the battery faster in any event.

If you are travelling a lot, please buy the 45W because it is lighter, otherwise buy the 65W. If I was you, I bought both.
Regards.
