Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9X9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
My laptop suddenly shut down and will not charge. I'm not sure if the issue is due to the charger or potentially the laptop itself. The charger and laptop worked fine earlier throughout the day now suddenly at around 2:15 yesterday it shut down and wouldn't charge

If you can plug in the laptop, do that and immediately tap the F2 key to invoke the Diagnostic tests.
Choose component tests and then battery, Run the test.
Post the diagnostic error code, if any, that results from the test.
Does the laptop charge when it is turned off?
