Product: Hp pavilion gaming
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a hp pavilion gaming laptop . It's charger (150watt) has stopped working on the laptop so I checked for another charger of hp(65watt) and this charger is working . Can anyone help me to fix this issue with the charger?

Hello,

 

If the test failed and if the charger is practically not working (compared to the other 65W), you simply need to replace the faulty one with a new one. You may check this article >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2025983-1502949-16
