HP ENVY X360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my charger pin that plugs into the laptop port has broken due to it being squished and despite best attempts to re-squish it to make the circle it was before it still doesnt charge as quick as it was meant to (its the quick charger that came with the laptop). the laptop is in warranty, (2 years, 9 months left) and i believe i should be able to get another charger sent out because of this, but need help as to what to do, buying one online from HP is £60+, which, considering i paid £100 for a 3 year extended warranty makes me think i should be able to get another sent to me, but again, this is what i need help with.

many thanks,

Joe Cook

Hello @Joe140,

I feel like HP Support may claim that you committed accidental damage but this is just an AC adapter so they might just provide a replacement. However, I'm just guessing and not saying anything on behalf of HP.

Anyway, contact support:

Contact HP Worldwide here.

Phone HP Worldwide here.

Check warranty status here.

Find an HP Authorized Service Center near you here.

Kind regards,

Eddy
