Hello I have a laptop that is an HP LAPTOP 15s fq4. Recently got it around january and this march it started doing some problems. My laptop does not charge directly whenever i plugged it in, eventually i have to come up with ideas, it inly charges when its on sleep mode but it still does not directly charge. It keeps on charging and seconds later charging then eventually not charging. What to do?
