Product: hp notebook 15-bs031wm Intel core i3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My new hp notebook 15-bs031wm Intel core i3 charger doesn't seem to fit my socket or any other fuse I've gotten. What do I do about this?

Your machine should come with a 45 W AC power adapter (Smart AC power adapter (45 watt) - 4.5mm barrel connector, non-power factor correcting (NFPC)) part # 741553-850.

 

With 4.5mm barrel connector, it should fit the following port on your machine

 

           ac port.png

In NOT, please read its label and check its p/n. It must be 741553-850. If not please call HP directly and asking for a replacement.
