Product: HP ProBook 640 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was told prior to purchasing this laptop, that it could be charge with a C-type port.  I tried hooking up a C-type wire into a power bank, and it would not charge.  Is there a specific charger that plugs into the power port and converts to a c-type or usb for power banks?

Where did you buy that 640 G1 machine ? It is 9 years old . Please return it and get your money back
