I was wondering does this specific notebook support charging it's battery through USB-C port?

Hello @Pekonium,
Considering that your computer has the new USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 2 port with PD support, it should theoretically support charging.
The problem I see is that the Maintenance and Service Guide doesn't mention this, nor any of the other functions that the USB-C port should have. I think the manual is honestly a bit inaccurate because it seems to have mismatched the port labelling, like calling a conventional USB port a USB Type-C port and vice versa.
Since I couldn't find any recommend USB-C charges for this laptop, I would suggest finding an HP 65W USB-C charger considering that your current AC adapter outputs a max of 65W.
Hope this helps,
Eddy
